I hadn't been to a rodeo in a couple of decades. Finally, we had been in the same place and same time and my wife and kids were game to go.

The 7th Annual Sethra Casa Rodeo Bull riding, Bronc riding, barrel racing (even a 6 year old girl raced), longhorns with a horns that have a span of over 6 feet.

The longhorn show was amazing. They were trained to go up on top of their transport trailer - wow!

We met a young man, Ethan Patrick (Ethan Winckler of Winnie, Texas) who is only 18 (19 in August) AND ranked 3rd in the Nation for bull riding. A very polite and humble young man who literally takes the bull by the horns in life. AND, congratulations! He was just made a team member of the Carolina Cowboys just recently in Nashville, Tennessee at the 2024 PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Teams New Rider Draft.

The clowns were hilarious with a competition to see who could win a date with the head clown LOL! Keila went out and joined the others - very funny watching them all stumble around in the "drunk goggles." We hope you you enjoy this adventure with us!
